Supervising Social Worker

A family-owned, small Therapeutic Fostering Agency are looking for a PART TIME Supervising Social Worker to join their office in Suffolk. As the supervising Social Worker, you will be mostly completing Form F assessments following up prospective foster carers interested in working looking after children within this renowned fostering agency, plus holding a small caseload of families. This role is a part-time, permanent position and ideally working 3 days a week, however if needed, can be 4 days per week, and a package of £47,500 FTE per annum.

The ideal Supervising Social Worker will have fostering experience with training in completing assessments. You will need to be committed to providing the best outcomes for children in care.

Your responsibilities as the Supervising Social Worker:

• Provide support, supervision, and training to a small number of Foster Carers
• Completing and reviewing comprehensive Form F Assessments of prospective carers
• Working with Foster Carers to ensure CIC Care Plans are continually monitored and worked towards
