The best thing about using Charles hunter is their openness and transparency and quick response times, they are open to discussions and sharing ideas and values which is something that we haven’t always had with other providers. They always want their staff to be the best and they push them to exceed in this. 

If I am asked about Agency providers I will always mention Charles Hunter - they are always my ‘go to’ when we have the need to take staffing on.

Emily has been nothing but helpful, ensuring that we have constant staffing booked in advance and is able to plan in emergency cover when required. She has agents on her books who know my site as it is beneficial to have consistency with staffing, as we are a hostel for young vulnerable people.

Emily provided us with a person who, although had no experience in the role, had life skills that would be transferable. This person is learning the role, listening and improving week on week and has since been taken on full time.
