Our attitude to compliance is simple. It has to and always will be above and beyond required standards. Providing professional Social Workers, Social Care Workers and Nurses to work with vulnerable children and adults, means that we have a responsibility towards safeguarding. This is why we employ a dedicated compliance team.

This team is the forefront of our commitment to best practices, ensuring we’re always capable of delivering fully compliant candidates in line with our legal obligations, as well as meeting the demands of our clients regular auditing practices.

We choose to partner with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation– (REC). The REC is the largest trade body representing the recruitment industry. Being an REC member shows our candidates and clients alike that we operate to the very best standards.

The next step in our journey as an REC member will be to obtain the comprehensive REC Audited status, which will see us externally audited and assessed to meticulous standards.
