Referrals Team Manager - Independent Fostering Agency

An Independent Fostering Agency is looking for a Referrals Team Manager based in South London. You will be, accountable for the delivery of the regional placement team, and managing a team of Referrals Co-ordinators, receiving referrals from local authority. This role is full-time, permanent position.

This role is a 9 month contract, however realistic plans for this post to be made to a long term permanent role. Ideally, you will be able to start at short notice.

As the Referrals Team Manager, you will need to have a background within the public or private health / social care sector. Ideally, you will have knowledge and experience with a fostering service. This organisation has a great training and development programme which helps with career progression.
