Senior Social Worker

We are looking for a Senior Practitioner to join a Working Age Mental Health Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.

About the team

This team focusses on working with adults aged 18-65 that have mental health concerns to provide outcome focussed assessments­. The team is highly driven to work with each service user, family and carer as individuals in order to tailor their care plans as necessary. Undertaking complex assessments and completing safeguarding processes under the Care Act 2014 are some of the key responsibilities for this position. Ability to act in a supervisory position and support the day to day running of the team is essential to this post.

About you

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years experience is essential in order to be considered for this role. Experience with line management in a mental health setting (whether that be community based or inpatient) or in an autism focussed team are all experiences that lends well to this role.
