Senior Social Worker

We are looking for a Senior Social worker to join our Children with Disabilities Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience in permanent contract/s.

About the team

This team support children and young people with complex or significant disabilities and their families within the local community. They are responsible to assess and identify their needs and ensure the appropriate support and services are in place to enable children to reach their full potential. The team also work to promote the safety, well-being and development of children by delivering child-centred, strength based approach.

About you

It is essential to have a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years experience within Children's Social Work to be considered for this position. Having previous experience and knowledge working with children with disabilities lends well with this role. A valid UK driving license and vehicle is required to qualify for this role.
