Why did you choose Charles Hunter Associates?

I liked the idea of working within a sector that interested me, rather than the usual IT/engineering recruitment companies you find in Reading. I enjoyed the interview process too, it was challenging without being too high pressure. After meeting the team, I knew it would be a good fit for me.

What is the best part of your role?

Knowing that you’ve helped someone find their ideal role and finally making that placement does give you a real buzz. That, along with the amazing commission structure here and the supportive team, makes all the hard work and stress of recruitment totally worth it.

What's the best benefit Charles Hunter Associates offers?
