About Me

I’m a recruitment specialist with over 10 years’ experience in health and social care, working nationally across permanent roles. I do 360 recruitment end-to-end, from headhunting great candidates to onboarding support, so yes… I live and breathe the whole process.

I work in a very bespoke way—because no two services, roles, or people are ever the same (and honestly, that’s what keeps it interesting).

What I Do

I connect health and social care organisations with brilliant permanent staff. I work with local authorities, private providers, and specialist services to deliver a recruitment process that actually feels smooth (rare, I know).

Everything is tailored—no copy and paste recruitment here.

What I Can Do for You

For clients, I take the stress out of hiring and deliver candidates who actually fit your team, not just the job description.

For candidates, I help you find roles that make sense for your career, not just your Monday morning dread levels. I support you from CV to placement and beyond.

Why Work With Me

I’ve worked in recruitment and social care for over a decade, so I genuinely understand the pressures on both sides. I know what “urgent hire” really means… and I’ve survived enough of them to stay calm about it.

People tend to work with me because I’m honest, consistent, and I don’t disappear halfway through a process (which, apparently, is still a thing in recruitment).

Recent Projects

I’ve supported several local authorities with recruitment for social workers (RSWs) across key services, and worked on the setup of a rehabilitation unit in a new HMP, including recruiting management and frontline teams.

Basically, I like a project with a bit of complexity—and slightly chaotic timelines.

About Me

Outside of work, I do kickboxing (and yes, I teach kids and adults—so I do get to tell people to keep their guard up). I’m also into music weekends, live sport, and generally keeping busy.

I’m 5 ft 3, a Leo, and slightly more organised than my Spotify playlists would suggest.
