I am the Operations Director at Charles Hunter Associates, overseeing our Compliance, Payroll and Temporary Social Work division. My role is to ensure every process runs smoothly, efficiently and with the highest standards of quality and compliance. With 13 years of experience in social work recruitment, I have developed a deep understanding of both client and candidate needs. I am committed to creating a seamless experience for everyone we work with, ensuring our teams deliver not only results, but genuine care and attention at every stage.
