We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to step up to take operational responsibility for an established adult care service in South Shields.
The service supports adults with learning and physical disabilities across two neighbouring services, providing person-centred support that enables the people we support to live active, meaningful and fulfilling lives.

As Registered Manager, you'll take overall responsibility for the effective running of the service, ensuring high standards of care, compliance and staff performance.

Deputy Managers with strong operational experience who are ready to take their first Registered Manager position are encouraged to apply.
You won't be left to navigate registration alone.
The organisation provides support throughout the registration process, with the application prepared during the initial stages of employment and submitted following completion and verification of the required checks.
