My client has a fantastic reputation for nurturing staff and are an industry leader with their in house training programmes.

This is role includes shift work including mornings, evenings, weekends and sleep in shifts so you must be flexible to commit to all. You will need to complete an application form also.

• Starting salary of £34,000 (inclusive of 2 sleep a week)

For this role you must have or be willing to :

• Driving License with vehicle - mandatory
• Full Right to Work in UK - no sponsorship
• Previous experience working with children or young people at risk or vulnerable
• Work 48 hour shifts which will include weekends, sleeps, bank holidays
• Commit to this career path as you will be working with vulnerable young people in their home
