Social Worker

We are looking for an Adult Social Worker to join the Community Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.

About the team:

The Community Team supports adults with a range of care and support needs, completing Care Act assessments, reviews, safeguarding enquiries and mental capacity work. The team works closely with individuals, families, carers and partner agencies to promote independence, manage risk and ensure that person-centred care and support plans are in place. This is a varied role suited to a confident Adult Social Worker with strong assessment, safeguarding and case management skills within a frontline adult services setting.

About you:

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2-year experience is essential to be considered for this role. Experience working in a Frontline Adult Service lends well to the success of this position.
