Fostering Registered Manager

An Independent Fostering Agency is looking for a Fostering Registered Manager for their fostering service that covers North East Region. This is a permanent and full-time position that is hybrid working.

You must have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and have the right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship available)

About the job

• Lead and manage the fostering service.
• Ensure compliance with fostering regulations and standards.
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
• Recruit, support, and supervise foster carers.
• Oversee placements and matching processes.
• Monitor service quality and drive improvements.
• Manage staff, resources, and budgets.
• Handle safeguarding concerns, complaints, and incidents.
• Work with partner agencies and local authorities.
• Ensure positive outcomes for children and young people.

About you

The successful candidate will have a social work degree with post qualification experience in Fostering.
