Salary: Up to £27,976 per year
Sleep-ins: £60 per sleep

Shift Pattern: 2:4 (07:30am - 10:30pm)
Contract: Full-Time | Permanent

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will play an important role in helping children and young people feel safe, supported and valued.

Your day could involve:

  • Supporting children and young people with their daily routines.
  • Building positive and trusting relationships.
  • Helping young people manage their emotions and behaviours.
  • Supporting attendance at school, appointments and activities.
  • Encouraging independence and developing life skills.
  • Supporting young people through challenging situations.

Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not always essential. We welcome applications from people with backgrounds in:
