Supervising Social Worker

A well-renowned multiple service providing Independent Fostering Agency is looking for a Supervising Social Worker covering Hampshire. As the Supervising Social Worker, you will be supporting and developing the skills of the foster carers around West Hampshire - from Southampton, west across the New Forest down to Lymington and up to Brockenhurst. You will have an office in Fareham, which is used for training, supervision and meetings.

This role is a home-based full-time and a competitive salary of up to £46,700 PER ANNUM. The ideal candidate will have experience preferably within a fostering or adoption service.

Your responsibilities as the Supervising Social Worker:

• Supervision and Management of carers
• Contribution to Foster Carer & Social Worker training
• Partaking in the out-of-hours duty rota
