Residential Support Worker - Warminster

£14.45 per hour + £62.64 per sleep-in

The Role

You'll provide day-to-day care and support while helping young people develop independence, confidence and positive relationships.

You'll be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality care and support

• Building positive relationships with young people

• Supporting daily routines

• Encouraging independence and life skills

• Supporting activities, education and community engagement

• Providing emotional support

• Managing challenging situations appropriately

• Maintaining safeguarding standards

• Completing care documentation

• Working effectively with colleagues and professionals

• Undertaking sleep-in duties
