You'll work alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team, helping children develop their learning, communication, independence and social skills through one-to-one and small group support.

• Starting salary of £23,000 pro rata (£26,811 FTE)

Responsibilities of the SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for autistic pupils.
• Deliver engaging learning activities tailored to individual needs.
• Support pupils' communication, independence and social development.
• Help children achieve their personalised learning and development goals.
• Promote a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support pupils with complex needs and personal care where required.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and the wider school team.

What we're looking for:

• Experience working with children or individuals with additional needs (professional, voluntary or personal).
• GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).
• A positive, patient and resilient approach.
• Confidence supporting children with complex needs.
• Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.

Working Hours:

• Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:45am - 4:45pm
• Tuesday: 8:45am - 5:30pm
• Friday: 8:45am - 4:30pm
