Are you currently working in children's homes as a Responsible Individual, Regional or Area Manager or Operations Director? Are you looking for a fully supported senior management role?

I am working exclusively with a highly reputable and established children's home company in North London. We are looking for a brand new Responsible Individual with Operations Director responsbilities to oversee the organisation.

Your role will be to be Responsible Individual of five children's homes in North London, you will be supported by a fantastic Head of Care who will oversee the day to day management of the Registered Manager's and your focus will be on identfiying new home opportunities, ensuring occupancy levels are where they need to be, build positive relationships with commissioners and relevant Local Authority stakeholders and overall Quality Assurance and Compliance of the total portfolio.

The Operations Director is offering a fantastic package including :

• £80,000
• Car Allowance £3,000 per annum (or company car)
• Bonus Scheme (approx £8,000)

• Current or previous experience in a Senior Management role (Director, Operations Director, Regional or Area Manager, Responsible Individual) in Ofsted regulated residential children's homes
• Excellent knowledge and practical evidence of Ofsted compliance across multiple sites
• Business acumen and experience in financial performance, budgeting and business development
• Positive and motivational managerial personality able to create and sustain a high performing mentality
• A passion and drive for the best possible outcomes for every young person in your region
