Team Manager - Independent Fostering Agency

An 'Outstanding rated' Independent Fostering Agency group, with offices across the UK, who provide excellent support to all foster carers, children and young people are looking for a Team Manager to join their team at the company's head quarters in Berkshire. As the Team Manager, you will be managing and monitoring the performance of a small social work team, plus overseeing the quality assurance of the service.

This role is a full-time, and permanent position. The Ideally Team Manager will need to have fostering Experience, and ideally at least 2 years' management experience managing a fostering or adoption service.

Your responsibilities as the Team Manager:

• Ensure the supervision and support of supervising social workers
• Ensure a clear and consistent focus on the safeguarding of children and young people
• Identify training and development needs
• Support and direct workers in their day to day tasks
