Children's Support Worker - Exeter
Salary: up to £31k per annum

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Worker to join a residential childcare team in Exeter. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people in a nurturing and structured environment, helping them achieve positive outcomes and reach their full potential.

Shift Pattern:

• Early Shift: 7:00am - 2:45pm
• Late Shift: 2:30pm - 10:00pm
• 1 sleep-ins per week

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Experience working with children and young people is desirable
• Passion for supporting vulnerable young people
• Ability to work flexible shifts including sleep-ins
