Nursery Manager

We are looking for a Nursery Manager to support our client's nursery in Marlow! Set in a beautiful building, this medium sized nursery is looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to support on a fixed term contract.

The Role:

As the Nursery Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery. You will maintain the high standards of the nursery, delivering quality care in line with the EYFS framework. You will lead a dedicated team to further grow and develop

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily operations of the nursery
• Oversee and support a wonderful team of Early Years Professionals
• Ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and education
• Oversee curriculum planning and the tracking of children's development
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff

About You:

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification
• Experience as a Nursery Manager is desirable (Deputy experience will be considered)
• Expert knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework
• Excellent communicator
• Highly organised with strong interpersonal skills
