Service Manager - Supported Living

Are you an experienced Manager (Registered Manager, Service Manager or Locality Manager) in supported living for learning disabilities services?

I am looking for a Service Manager to oversee a portfolio of supported living homes close to Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. Your base will be the office in Hemel Hempstead and will require travel to the homes a short distance away.

My client is an ambitious and reputable provider of supported living services across Hertfordshire and North London.

The Service Manager will oversee the operational delivery of the supported living services, line manage a Deputy Manager and Team Leaders, ensure the delivery of support is the highest quality and the services maintain a positive occupancy level for financial profitability.

The Service Manager will be offered

• Starting Salary of £35,000 - £38,750
• Monday to Friday working pattern with on call duties required
• Leading provider who support adults LD and mental health

To be considered as Service Manager, you must have

• QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or NVQ Level 4 (or be willing to complete)
• Managerial experience in supported living services (Registered, Service, Locality Manager experience)
• Experience working with adults with learning disabilities
• Positive leadership style with a passion for care
