My client is looking for a skilled and motivational Registered Manager, Home Manager or Service Manager to oversee their 8 bed residential home based in Luton, Bedfordshire currently rated as CQC Good..

The role is a permanent full time post paying £45,000 per annum.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven CQC track record via inspection reports, strong motivational and staff management skills, flair for bringing new ideas to improve services.

The Registered Home Manager will be offered

• Salary of £45,000
• Monday to Friday working pattern with on call duties
• Leading social care provider and employer

To be considered as Registered Home Manager, you must have

• QCF Level 5 or NVQ Level 4
• Experience working with adults with learning disabilities
• CQC service management experience or supervisory experience
