Therapeutic Support Worker - Graduate Opportunity

Are you a graduate with a degree relevant to children's residential care? Are you looking to begin your career working with some of the country's most vulnerable young people?

My client is looking to hire permanent Therapeutic Support Workers for their children's homes based in Exeter, Tiverton, Dartington, Crediton and Barnstaple.

This role is working in a residential children's home which offers a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment for young people who have either suffered early childhood trauma from abuse, neglect or exploitation or require additional support due to learning disabilities and complex needs.

• Starting salary of £31,600 (£28,080 plus £3,600 sleep ins)
