My client is a specialist provider of supported living and supported accommodation for adults in the London area.

I am recruiting for an exciting new role, a Head of Operations to managing a portfolio of CQC supported living and supported accommodation services in primarily North London and East London.

The Head of Operations post is paying circa £55,000 plus Bonus (OTE £65k-£70k) and is within an exciting provider with lots of ambition to grow and expand.

The Head of Area Operations main responsibilities are to :

• Hold the overall CQC registration for the service
• Oversee the Service Managers providing support and performance management
• Financial and budgetary performance of the company
• Business develop with local authorities to win new packages
• Operationally manage and run the day to day of the whole service

The successful candidate must have the following

• Extensive experience at Senior Management level in a supported living provider
• Strong track record in managing large patches and responsibility for the budgetary and financial performance
• Proven in growing regions and increasing service numbers and financial performance
• Excellent manager of senior management, motivating and driving performance
