Team Leader

We are seeking a Team Leader for our Supported Living Accomodation in Reading.

Our client has both Adults and Young People (16+) services.

As a Team Leader you will provide leadership to a team of staff. To provide support to Service Users in line with the Organisation's aim to provide high quality support tailored to suit each of our service users, create and follow individual support plans or PCPs and to promote independence and choice.

Shifts:

Location: Reading

Rate of Pay:

Starting £14.00 per hour

Requirements:

• NVQ level 3 desirable
• Enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the Update Service
• Hold a UK Driving License (Desirable)
• Experience working within CQC and or Ofsted regulated service
• We do not offer sponsorship for this role
