Adult Social Worker

We are currently looking for an Adult Social Worker to join a Community Team.

This role requires a Social Work qualification and a minimum of two years' post-qualified experience.

About the Team

This team supports vulnerable adults aged 18 and over, including individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health needs, and older adults aged 65+. The team undertakes a range of statutory assessments, including Care Act 2014 assessments, Mental Capacity Act assessments, and Section 42 safeguarding enquiries.The service offers an excellent work-life balance, with the opportunity to work from home for up to three days per week.

About You

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and experienced within Adult Social Work settings, such as Community Teams, Hospital Teams, Older Persons Services, or Physical Disabilities Teams.

You will hold a Social Work qualification (Degree, DipSW, or CQSW) and have a minimum of two years' post-qualified experience. A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred but not essential for this role.
