Therapeutic Support Worker- Children - Fully Funded Degree

I am looking for passionate Support Workers with experience working with Children and/or Young Adults with either traumatic backgrounds, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health or Challenging Behaviours. If you have experience with children and young people in SEN education, youth work, young offenders or fostering, a career in children's homes is for you.

Do you have:

• Experience of working within children or young adults with learning disabilities, mental health, or behaviours that challenge - SEN School, youth work, community young people, children's learning disabilities, semi-independent services, care leavers, youth justice, children's homes
• Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent (or willingness to complete)
• Ability to complete shifts patterns, weekends, and overnight stays.
• Driving license and vehicle - Essential
