Join an established and growing care provider supporting adults with learning disabilities in a residential service. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to take over a service that has recently been reinspected and achieved a Good CQC rating following significant improvements.
Based in Luton with a salary of £40,000 - £45,000.
Unfortunately, this role is not open to candidates requiring sponsorship to work in the UK.

Requirements
* QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management with previous Registered Manager experience within a CQC-regulated residential service and a strong track record of maintaining compliance and achieving positive inspection outcomes
* Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and retain high-performing staff teams
* Driving licence is preferable
