Adult social worker

We are currently seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead a brand-new Mental Health MASH Team in North London.

Do not apply unless you hold a Social Work qualification and have a minimum of 2 years permanent Adult Social Work experience within a Local Authority, including management experience.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a new Mental Health MASH function within an NHS-integrated Single Point of Access Team in North London. The role focuses on overseeing triage, screening, and safeguarding referrals within a multi-disciplinary setting.

The position holds overall responsibility for team performance, safeguarding decisions, and service quality, while managing Senior Practitioners and Social Workers and working closely with NHS partners.

About You

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Mental Health, safeguarding, and team management, alongside a strong understanding of the Care Act, Mental Health Act, and Mental Capacity Act.
