Alternate week shift pattern: 2 days on, 4 days off
40 hours per week plus sleep-ins/on-call duties

Essential Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in Residential Childcare
Full UK Driving Licence
QCF Level 3 or Level 4 Children & Young People's Workforce qualification, NVQ Level 3/4 Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) is a must
Ability to reliably commute to Derby or relocate before starting

Preferred Qualifications

GCSE or equivalent
Experience supporting children and young people in a residential setting
