Therapeutic Support Worker - Children's Residential Service

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected Local Council that is committed to providing outstanding therapeutic care, education, and support for vulnerable children and young people. Key Responsibilities

As a Therapeutic Support Worker, you will:

  • Act as a positive role model, promoting healthy behaviours and life choices
  • Demonstrate empathy, resilience, and a child-centred approach
