Nursery Practitioner

An experienced Nursery Practitioner is required for a permanent position in one of our client's nurseries in Henley-on-Thames. This is a new opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Practitioner to join a wonderful nursery group where your professional growth is a priority and developing bright young minds is their core value. You'll be supporting the Room Leader and Management team to ensure the nursery's vision is met.

Our client is a lovely nursery run by a close knit team who are looking to welcome someone new.

Competitive Salary - Up to £29,000

Summary:

• 40hrs a week - shifts between 07:30- 18:00

Essentials for a Nursery Practitioner:

• Level 3 in Childcare or Equivalent
• Experience as a Nursery Practitioner

Duties

• Ensure the highest standards of quality and practice are met in accordance with EYFS guidelines
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and safeguarding policies
• Contribute to a programme of age-appropriate activities that encourage growth and development
• Keep an accurate record of achievement for your key children, and liaise with parents when appropriate
• Support your colleagues, Room Leader, and Management and be a part of a wonderful work environment
• Allow flexibility to undertake domestic nursery tasks when required, and work within different rooms when required
