Supervising Social Worker

We are looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join a Fostering Team.

Do not apply to this role if you do not have a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience in permanent contract/s.

About the team:

This team is responsible for assessing and supporting foster carers to ensure they have the resources required to provide safe, stable and successful placements for vulnerable children. Developing structured and comprehensive support plans is essential to the role. The team works closely with each carer, equipping them with the skills and confidence needed to take on the responsibility of caring for a child or young person, ultimately promoting positive and successful placement outcomes.

About you:

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 3-year experience is essential to be considered for this role. Experience within a fostering team lends well to the success of this position.
