Adult Social Worker

We are looking for an Adult Social Worker to join a Safeguarding Team.

About the team

This team works with vulnerable adults that focuses on safeguarding to aviod risk, this team will work with adults at the earlier stage of referral to ensure they recieve the best outcome of carer later down the line. This team will carry out regular assessments as well attend face to face visits and work with other services. This team offer great flexability to work from home and be in the office.

About you

You will be completing the necessary assessments in relation to Adult Social Care. A Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required. Experience of working with 65+, Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health/ and or hospital.
