Location: Buckinghamshire (Aylesbury & High Wycombe)
Salary: £28,738
Hours: Full-time (flexible considered)

The Role

As a Youth Worker you will support young people across Aylesbury and surrounding areas facing challenges such as mental health, exploitation risk, and offending behaviour. You'll deliver tailored mentoring and short-term intervention programmes to help them make positive life choices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of young people

• Deliver 1:1 sessions and group activities

• Create personalised support plans

• Track progress and maintain records

• Work with partner agencies

About You

• 2+ years' experience working with young people within social care or similar

• Ideally experience as a Youth Worker

• Understanding of safeguarding and at-risk individuals

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Full UK driving licence

• Commuatable and knowledgeable of the Aylesbury area
