Adult's Social Worker

We are looking for an adult's Social Worker to join a Early Adulthood Team

Please do not apply for this role if you do not have 2 years' of permeant Social Work experience

About the role

The team work with 14-25 year olds with learning disabilities to transition to adulthood. They complete strength based, robust, legally compliant assessments under the Care act 2014 and also complete mental capacity assessments. They are driven to improve community inclusion and integration for every service user to prevent social isolation.

About you

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years' experience is essential in order to be considered for this role. Experience working with Care act 2014 and work with adolescent/ young people lends well to the success of this position. A valid UK driving licence and vehicle are essential for this role.
