What You'll Be Doing

As Deputy Manager, you'll work closely with the Service Manager to keep services running smoothly and effectively. You'll lead from the front-supporting, motivating, and developing your team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.

From overseeing day-to-day operations and staff rotas to ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement, you'll have a varied and rewarding role where your impact is visible every day. You'll also build meaningful relationships with service users, families, and professionals, helping to create a positive and empowering environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in supported living or a similar care setting
  • A natural leader with the confidence to support and inspire a team
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Able to commute to Finchley / North London
