Supervising Social Worker

We are looking for a Supervising Social Worker for this well thought of organisation covering a caseload around Devon and Cornwall. This position is full time.

This Outstanding Rated Independent Fostering Agency has grown to be one of the South of England's leading Independent Fostering Agencies. It is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of Children and their families and work with a therapeutic approach. They are very creative with their work.

The role has come about due to growth, having recently approved several new carers. You'd cover a caseload of 12 - 14 carers based in Devon and Cornwall. The office is based in Ivybridge, and they have a hybrid working model.

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Social Work
• Right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship)
• Experience within Children's Social Work post qualification
• An up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation and fostering regulations
• You must drive and be able to attend visits in the Devon/Cornwall area
