Your Role As a Therapeutic Support Worker

• Build positive, trusting relationships
• Support daily routines, education & activities
• Encourage independence and life skills
• Promote emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
• Work with families and professionals
• Safeguard and protect young people at all times

What We're Looking For

• Caring, patient, and resilient individuals
• Experience of working in Social Care ideal but other backgrounds are welcome
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible to work shifts (including evenings/weekends/sleep-ins)

Experience in care or relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3) are desirable but not essential-full training provided.
