Adult Social Worker

We are looking for an Adult Social Worker to join a Front Door Team.

MUST HAVE A ASYE AND 2 YEARS POST QSW PRACTICE.

About the team

This team operates in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on short-term intervention and timely case turnaround. The role involves working with vulnerable individuals where there are safeguarding concerns, carrying out initial assessments to identify risk and need. The team work collaborativly with multi-agency practice, ensuring that appropriate support and aftercare services are put in place to reduce risk and promote longer-term stability.

About you

You will be completing the necessary assessments in relation to Adult Social Care. A Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required. Experience of working with 65+, Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health/ and or hospital.
