Children Social Worker

Charles Hunter Associates are looking for a Children Social Worker to join the Fostering Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years' experience within a direct local authority.

About the team:

The Fostering Team works to ensure children who are in need of stable, nurturing placements are matched with carers who can best support their emotional, social, and developmental needs. The team collaborates closely with foster families, external agencies, and other social care professionals to provide high‑quality assessments, ongoing support, and effective safeguarding.

This is a dynamic and rewarding environment where you will play a key role in helping children thrive in safe and supportive homes.

About You:

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 3-year experience is essential to be considered for this role. Experience within a fostering service lends well to the success of this position.
