Adult's Social Worker

We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker in a Neighbourhood Community Team

About this role

This team works closely with a range of varying disabilities, long term conditions, dementia and drug and alcohol cases. Providing a strength based and person centred approach to assessments and interventions is key for the success of the team. In this team, you will be expected to provide an effective and efficient response to safeguarding enquiries.

About you

It is essential to have a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years' experience within adult's Social Work post qualified. A successful candidate must have extensive experience working with adult's with disabilities and community based work. A valid UK driving license and vehicle is essential for this role.
