Nursery Manager

Nursery Manager required in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

Pay: Up to £45,000 Per Annum

The Opportunity
We are working to recruit a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager for a warm and welcoming setting.

This is an opportunity to lead a well-established nursery. The successful candidate will oversee the full operation of the setting, including team management, safeguarding, staff rota's and Ofsted Compliance.

Key Responsibilities as the Nursery Manager

• Lead the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring exceptional care and education in line with EYFS
• Oversee a dedicated team of early years professionals
• Ensure the highest standards of care, safety and education
• Oversee curriculum planning and tracking of children's development
• Build strong relationships with children, parents and staff

About you as the Nursery Manager

• Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy in a busy setting
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding legislation and Ofsted expectations
• A confident, supportive leader with the ability to build and develop strong teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Committed to delivering inclusive, high-quality early years practice
