Residential Manager - Children's Home

My client are looking for a dedicated, experienced individual to step into the role of Registered Manager for a brand new 4 bed home in Walsall.

About You

• Level 3 diploma in residential children's homes (essential)
• Experience at a registered manager or deputy level within a residential children's home.
• Level 5 diploma in leadership and management in health and social care

Benefits

• £35,000 - £40,000 + bonus occupancy monthly + 12 month 50% bonus (ofsted and 20% appraisal), mileage
• Social work degree on offer, pension
• Flexi working - not 9-5, they like people who are happy to work different hours so young people get to see them at different times of the day
