I am looking to recruit a Support Worker who is commutable Castle Cary to join a specialist service based supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Your role as a Healthcare Assistant will be to support and provide personal care to the adults and the service will enable their successful transition through person centred and needs led assessment to understand the individuals they support. You will ensure they are safeguarded, build positive relationships and ensure the highest level of care is provided.
