Children's Home Manager

Join an exciting and specialist children's home provider supporting vulnerable young people who have experienced trauma based in Chatham. Work for a company that has real heart! Starting salary £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE)

Requirements

• QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management
• Provable track record of managing children's residential services and taking them through inspections
• Strong managerial skills with the passion and ability to build and lead high performing staff teams
• Driving licence is preferable
