Mental Health Social Worker

We are looking for a Social Worker for a Mental Health Team

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.

About the Team

The Mental Health Social Work Team provides compassionate, person-centered support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Working alongside healthcare professionals, families, and community services, the team promotes recovery and wellbeing of individuals. They assess individual needs, offer emotional and practical support, advocate for clients' rights, and help people access essential resources such as housing, benefits, and therapy. Through collaborative care planning and crisis intervention, the team empowers individuals to achieve stability, independence, and an improved quality of life.

About you

A degree within social work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years' post qualified experience is essential in order to be considered for this role. Mental health social work experience is essential for this role. A valid UK driving license and vehicle is not essential to the success of this role but will help.
