I am looking to hire a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Academy and graduate into a Recruitment Consultant post.

The Trainee Recruitment role is a permanent full time post, working Monday - Friday in our central Reading office. The salary is £22,000 - £24,000 plus uncapped Commission (OTE £30,000 Year 1), Healthcare Insurance, Holiday Incentives and Clear progression pathway.

As a Trainee Recruiter, you will be tasked with

• Completing our 6 week classroom based Training Academy
• Develop your skills on desk with your Line Manager simultaneously as the Academy
• Meet minimum KPI's for core tasks including Outbound Calls, Candidates Registered, Business Development and Interviews Arranged
• Learn and master your sector so you can influence and identify top talent

The Trainee Recruitment role is perfect for anyone who has been in Telesales, Call Centre or completed any phone work previously.
