Job description

A Local Authority is looking for a Team Manager for their Safeguarding service in Northamptonshire. This is a full-time, and permanent position with some hybrid working.

Duties and Responsibilities for you as the Team Manager:

  • Staff Management
  • Staff Training
  • Service Development
  • Working with the Signs of Safety approach
  • Reporting to the Head of Service

Requirements for you as the Team Manager:

  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/Diploma)
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Senior or Management experience
  • Significant experience within /Safeguarding/First Response
  • An excellent working knowledge and understanding of the current legislation and frameworks relevant to Children Social Care

Location: Northamptonshire

Salary Scale: £51,507 - £56,355 + benefits
